Accidents can happen to you or your neighbors around you. And if the accident happens in your apartment you are liable to your neighbors and the property owner for damages. We recommend you get renter's insurance. It is quite inexpensive.

Our pool will be opening up on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. except for Mondays for treatment.
